Payment Terms
All rates are in US currency.
The rates include:
- exclusive use of the villa and grounds whether renting one bedroom or all five
- a mid-size sedan car rental for your entire stay (insurance and driving license to be paid by guest.)
- a continental breakfast that is served poolside each morning fresh from a local French bakery
- a complimentary VIP service whereby a staff member will meet your party at your port of entry and escort you to the villa
- daily maid service

Nightly rates exclude 10% Government Tax and 10% prepaid gratuities for Villa Staff.
Reservation Policy
Villa limited to 10 guests. 50% deposit must be received within 7 days of booking to hold the reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and thereafter no monies are refundable.
Holiday season: balance is due on September 1st and is non-refundable on the 1st and last deposits.
